All orders received before 1pm Monday to Friday will be processed the same day, however please note not all items can be dispatched immediately as they are made to order or ordered in especially, please view the required product for full details on expected delivery times.
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday may not be processed until Monday morning.
We aim to dispatch all in stock orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds payment, again this is subject to the special order restrictions on each product.
Late delivery
If your parcel is late arriving please contact us via email orders@victoriasjewellery.co.uk and we will check the Royal Mail tracking system to advise you on the status of your delivery and of your individual tracking number for your own reference.
Occasionally Royal Mail may have attempted to deliver your goods but when unsuccessful may not have left an attempted delivery card. In these situations the parcel is likely to be held at your local sorting office and a quick call to them is advisable.
If for any reason your parcel does not arrive please contact us as Royal Mail will not class a parcel as missing until 15 working days have elapsed when posting within the UK.
If you would prefer a full refund instead or a replacement being dispatched then we will refund your original card used for payment after the 15 working day’s time frame has elapsed and Royal Mail have confirmed the parcel as missing.
