Delivery InformationVictoria's Jewellery dispatches all orders via Royal Mail first class recorded delivery as standard.
Late delivery If your parcel is late arriving please contact us via email orders@victoriasjewellery.co.uk and we will check the Royal Mail tracking system to advise you on the status of your delivery and of your individual tracking number for your own reference. Occasionally Royal Mail may have attempted to deliver your goods but when unsuccessful may not have left an attempted delivery card. In these situations the parcel is likely to be held at your local sorting office and a quick call to them is advisable. If for any reason your parcel does not arrive please contact us as Royal Mail will not class a parcel as missing until 15 working days have elapsed. If your order is urgent we can dispatch another one out to you immediately, on the basis that if the original parcel arrives it is immediately returned to us. If delivery of both parcels is made and neither is returned to us then your original payment method will be charged for the second amount. If you would prefer a full refund instead or a replacement being dispatched then we will refund your original card used for payment after the 15 working days time frame has elapsed and Royal Mail have confirmed the parcel as missing. |
