Making a Purchase

Shopping with Victoria’s Jewellery is simple and easy:

Just browse through our current range of products online
Click on the product for further details on it’s brand, size, type of gemstone etc
Add the product to your shopping basket by clicking on the appropriate link
Continue shopping, once you have finished continue to checkout to finalise your order and make your payment

Once your order is complete you will receive an automated email from us confirming receipt of your order.
You will also receive an email advising you of your orders payment and dispatch as soon as this occurs.

Returns

If you find any of the products you have ordered unsuitable for any reason you must inform us of this within 7 days of receipt.

Please email returns@victoriasjewellery.co.uk detailing your authorisation number and which product/s you wish to return and we will provide you with a returns number.

Please enclose the despatch note sent with your original parcel when returning goods to us and ensure the returns number is clearly written upon this.

You can then return the parcel to us at the above address. Please ensure this is done within 7 days of receipt of your returns number being provided to you. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will be happy to refund you providing the products are returned in their original condition, unworn and with the jewellery presentation box included.

If gift wrap was purchased this must also be returned along with the rest of the parcel.

If these guidelines are not followed we will only be able to offer you credit against your next purchase from us and not a full refund.

If the products arrive back to us damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used to return them than the goods will be returned to you and no refund will be given.

Due to current health and hygiene regulations we cannot accept returns on any earrings or body jewellery.
We also cannot accept returns on any engraved items under any
circumstances.

Refunds will be authorised back onto the original card used for payment within 14 days.

Returning Multibuy Purchases

When returning products that were purchased as part of a buy one get one free offer or multibuy purchase you will only be refunded the difference between the products you have kept and those you have returned. All discounts and free product offers will be forfeited when returning part of them.

Returning Sale Goods

When returning sales goods you will only be offered a refund on the price paid for the goods and not the original sales price. These items are subject to the same rulings as per our returns policy above.

Exchanging Goods

If you would like to exchange your purchase for an alternative item please contact us to let us know by email and we will happily exchange it upon receipt of the returned goods, this is also compliant to the 7 day ruling as per our returns policy above and will be authorised once the product has been returned to us and has been checked.

Gift Wrap

As customer satisfaction is our priority your products will come within a jewellery presentation box, wrapped within luxurious wrapping paper and finished off with hand tied ribbon.
You can also choose your own wording to be placed with the gift.
Opt to have the parcel shipped directly to the gift recipient by inputting a separate delivery address from those of the billing address details. In these cases all invoices will be forwarded to the billing address only.

Descriptions & Images

All of our products are described to the very best of our knowledge and from the manufacturer’s guidelines however due to the natural materials within jewellery products occasionally colours can differ slightly from those shown. Due to the intricate nature and size of jewellery items, all images used on this website are taken using macro photography and therefore are not shown to actual size, please refer to each individual product for size guidelines.

Special Orders

Due to the nature of our business some products do have to be specially ordered and very occasionally items will become out of stock and rarely may become unavailable, in all instances you will be advised of expected delivery times for your order.

Prices of products and stock levels are not contractually confirmed until you have been advised of dispatch.
Any products ordered with engraving are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please note engraved items may also take an additional 7 days on top of your expected dispatch time for completion.

Our Promise

All of our products are sold either at or below the manufacturers RRP bringing the savings directly to you the customer.
We offer a 7 days returns policy if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase.
